Hi, I’m Erica! I left my career as a biochemist because I felt like something was missing. I enjoyed the work I was doing, but I missed the personal connections aspect of it. I got into real estate because I enjoyed building connections, educating, ad relating to people. I was nervous but soon found out that God designed me to be a realtor. to use my voice to change my community one homeowner at a time. People choose me over and over again because of my ability to listen, understand, and relate to people. You would be amazed how the simplest part of being a human being other realtors have lost. I truly enjoy building connections. Take everything off the table: The negotiating, the multitasking, the money, the days when real estate can be most difficult, what are you left with? The person that I am advocating for and building a relationship with. Real estate is not over as soon as the transaction closes. Its a relationship and bond for life.
